• Cancellation of projects before completion may result in retention of the deposit

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables created for you.

We retain ownership of:

• Our original concepts, methodologies, and processes used in creating your deliverables

• Pre-existing materials, templates, and assets that are part of our standard offerings

• The right to use your completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless you request otherwise)

You grant us a perpetual license to display your completed work in our portfolio and on our website.

You may not modify, reproduce, or resell our work without written permission.

All prices quoted are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are determined on a per-project basis and will be specified in your project quotation.

Late payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for additional work outside the project scope.

Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified; overdue invoices will accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

Refunds are not offered once work has commenced, except in cases of non-performance by our team.
