Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Revision rounds are as specified in the project quote; additional revisions may incur extra charges

• You own all final deliverables; we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

• Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on scope changes or client delays

• Cancellation of projects before completion may result in retention of the deposit

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables created for you.

We retain ownership of:

• Our original concepts, methodologies, and processes used in creating your deliverables

• Pre-existing materials, templates, and assets that are part of our standard offerings

• The right to use your completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless you request otherwise)

You grant us a perpetual license to display your completed work in our portfolio and on our website.

You may not modify, reproduce, or resell our work without written permission.

In no event shall APrime Designs Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on APrime Designs Hub's website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
